What's included in the membership?

For $17.99 a month you get HVAC preventative maintenance twice a year, a full plumbing service once a year (including a free sewer camera inspection and water-heater flush), 10% off all repairs and installs, priority scheduling, no diagnostic or assessment fees, and an extra year of workmanship warranty.

Is there a contract?

No. The membership is month-to-month with flat monthly auto-pay, and you can cancel anytime. Your first month is free.

How fast does the membership pay for itself?

At $17.99 a month it's about $216 a year, and a single tune-up or the annual water-heater flush would usually cost more than that on its own, before the 10% you save on any repair. Most members come out ahead the first time they need us.

Do you handle emergencies?

Yes. We offer 24/7 emergency plumbing and HVAC service, and members go to the front of the line.

What if I need a bigger repair?
